All registered IBs will be automatically entered into the promotion. The total trading volume will be calculated based on the volume generated by the registered customers under the IB.
Terms and Conditions
Introduction
- Global Market Index Limited , hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “GMI”, invites IBs to participate in its IB Promotion ('hereinafter referred to as 'the Promotion') subject to the Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) contained herein. IBs will be rewarded with a Porsche Taycan 4S, MBW i-4, TTesla Model 3, or BYD ATTO3 based on the number of lots traded by their customers throughout the promotional period. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Who can participate?
- This Promotion is open to all IB’s of GMI in Thailand who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. GMI’s employees or their family members, or those associated with this Promotion cannot participate in this program. Clients who are not already an IB can register and be entered automatically to the Promotion.
About the Prizes
- * To receive the Prize of a Porsche Taycan 4S, your customer must trade 216,000 lots or more
- * To receive the Prize of a BMW i-4, your customer must trade between 136,000 - 215,999 lots or more
- * To receive the Prize of a Tesla Model 3, your customer must trade between 61,000 - 129,999 lots or more
- * To receive the Prize of a BYD ATTO3, your customer must trade between 33,000 - 60,999 lots or more
About the Prizes
- * Rewards and participation in the promotion program are non-transferable.
- * You can choose to exchange the Prize for a cash prize worth 80% of the value of the vehicle prize.
- * If the Prize offered cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to provide the cash equivalent of the product.
- * Images used in marketing materials do not necessarily represent the actual prize.
- * You are responsible for your own expenses related to the Prize including taxes, vehicle registration, travel and accommodation expenses.
- * A Prize can be claimed upon completion of the Lot Requirement or the IB can opt for pursuing higher prize categories.
- * Once a Prize has been claimed, the Lots will reset and the IB can continiue participating in the promotion for new prizes.
- * By participating in this promotion, you automatically give permission to GMI to use your personal data in future GMI marketing activities including on www.gmimarkets.com and GMI Company News.
General
- Any type of arbitrage trading or other abuse of prices and/or quotes will be cancelled from the Promotion.
- GMI reserves the right to reject or cancel any participant without giving reasons. Reasons for disqualification may include opening large opposite positions in the same currency pair on different trading accounts at the same time, as well as using quotation flow failures to obtain guaranteed profits or any kind of fraud
- All trading techniques or EAs are allowed. GMI reserves the right to declare any prize awarded invalid and subject to cancellation upon direct or indirect evidence of attempted fraudulent operation of prize funds.
Terms & Conditions
- * The promotion is valid for the period of 1st June 2023 to 31st of March 2024
- * Participants can be all existing and new IBs of GMI Thailand
- * Only Standard and Cent accounts are eligible, including Copy Trade and MAM. Bonus accounts and ECN are excluded.
- * Applicants must fill the form and be existing IBs or register as a new IB
- * In order for sub-IBs to participate, they must follow the same procedure outlined above. Furthermore, it should be noted that their trading volume will not be considered within the calculations for the Master IB or any IBs positioned above them.
- * All Instruments are eligible for the calculation.
- * Trading positions must be held for at least 1 minute or longer.
- * Any kind of arbitrage trading or any other abuse with pricing and/or quotes will be subject to disqualification.
- * GMI may at any time make changes to these T&Cs and will notify IBs of these changes by posting the modified terms on GMI website. IBs are advised to revise these T&Cs regularly and by continued use of GMI website and services that IBs accept any such modified terms. GMI reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotions/offers at its sole discretion at any time. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any consequences of any alteration, amendment, suspension, cancelation or termination of this Promotion.
- * GMI will not be liable for any loss, costs, expense, or damage which may be suffered in connection with this Promotion and which by law may not be excluded by these T&Cs.
- * If these T&Cs are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the terms shall prevail where there is any inconsistency.
- * In the event of any dispute in relation to this Promotion, such dispute shall be resolved by the Company acting in good faith and as, in its sole and absolute discretion, deems fit and proper. The Company’s decision shall be final and binding.
- * Neither GMI, its agents, its associated companies, nor any directors, officers or employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by a participant resulting from the participation in this Promotion.
- * Any situation not described in these T&Cs shall be subject to the Company’s decision.
