Introduction

GMI Markets brings you the latest MIB loyalty program. MIB will be rewarded with a Ducati New Monster motorcycle, a Honda HR-V 1.5L car or a Volvo s60 2.0 Recharge T8 based on the number of lots traded by their network during the promotion period. By participating in the program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

- Promotion period: 12 months

- Start date: January 1, 2025, 00:00:00 UTC

- Closing date: 31 December 2025, 23:59:59 UTC

- The name of the loyalty program this is the “Get a Vehicle With Us”, and carried out by the Global Prime Limited

Who can participate?

The loyalty program is open to all GMI Markets MIBs in Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. Employees of GMI Markets or their family members, or those associated with this loyalty program may not participate in this program.

Eligibility Requirements

For qualifying:

- Prizes and participation in loyalty programs is not transferable.

- You can choose to change the Prize with a cash prize worth 80% of the value of the prize vehicle.

- In the event that the Prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value or greater.

- Images used in marketing materials are not necessarily indicate a real gift.

- You are responsible at its own expense associated with the Prizes include tax, vehicle registration, travel expenses and accommodation.

- MIB eligible to receive the prize will be contacted via email or phone at the latest at 23:59:59 dated January 31, 2026. All prizes must be claimed by the winner of not more than 30 days after the announcement.

- MIB is not eligible to receive more than one Prize for loyalty program.

- MIB who received the Prize will also be announced on social media channels of GMI Markets.

- By participating in this promotion, you automatically give the consent to the GMI Markets for interviewing, use the full name, photo and country of residence in the marketing activities GMI Markets in the future, including in the www.gmimarkets.com and News of the Company GMI Markets.

Gift

- The volume of MIB lots from their direct customers MUST reach a minimum of 5,000 lots.

- Platinum Status MIB and receive the grand Prize of a Volvo S60 2.0 Recharge T8, your network customers must trade 100,000 lots or more

- The Status of the Gold MIB and receive the 2nd Prize of a Honda HR-V 1.5, your network customers must trade 50,000 lots or more

- Silver Status MIB and receive the grand Prize of a Ducati New Monster, your network customers must trade 35,000 lots or more

- If the MIB has also won a vehicle prize in an IB campaign, the MIB may only receive the prize with the highest value in either the IB or MIB campaign.

As an example scenario 1:

Ali (MIB) has 3 sub IBs namely Ahmad (IB), Muthu (IB) and Ah Chong (IB). During this campaign, Ali has managed to collect 20,000 lots from his customers. Ahmad (IB), Muthu (IB) and Ah Chong (IB), respectively, have also accumulated 20,000 lots from their customers. Overall, Ali's network lot volume is 80,000 lots.

- As an IB for a customer's own volume lot, Ali will receive a Honda HR-V 1.5

- As the MIB for the network volume lot, Ali will win a Honda HR-V 1.5.

- Therefore, Ali will be taking home the higher value prize which is Honda HR-V 1.5V.

- Ali's sub IBs, Ahmad, Muthu and Ah Chong, respectively, will each be taking home a Honda HR-V 1.5V car.

As an example scenario 2:

Ali (MIB) has 3 sub IBs namely Ahmad (IB), Muthu (IB) and Ah Chong (IB). During this campaign, Ali has managed to collect 5,000 lots from his customers. Ahmad (IB), Muthu (IB) and Ah Chong (IB), respectively, have also accumulated 20,000 lots from their customers. Overall, Ali's network lot volume is 65,000 lots.

- As an IB for his own customer volume lot, Ali was not able to win any vehicle prizes in the IB category.

- As the MIB for the network volume lot, Ali will win a Honda HR-V 1.5.

- Therefore, Ali will be taking home the higher value prize which is Honda HR-V 1.5V.

- Ali's sub IBs, Ahmad, Muthu and Ah Chong, respectively, will each be taking home a Honda HR-V 1.5V car.

As an example scenario 3:

Ali (MIB) has 3 sub IBs namely Ahmad (IB), Muthu (IB) and Ah Chong (IB). During this campaign, Ali has managed to collect 1,000 lots from his customers. Ahmad (IB), Muthu (IB) and Ah Chong (IB), respectively, have also accumulated 20,000 lots from their customers. Overall, Ali's network lot volume is 65,000 lots.

- As an IB for his own customer volume lot, Ali was not able to win any vehicle prizes in the IB category.

- As a MIB for volume of network lots, as Ali was unable to achieve the minimum 5,000 lots from his own customers, he was unsuccessful in winning any vehicle prizes in the MIB category.

- Ali's sub IBs, Ahmad, Muthu and Ah Chong, respectively, will each be taking home a Honda HR-V 1.5V car.

- During the promotional period (from 1/1/2025 – 31/12/2025) use any trading instrument that provided by GMI Markets. This means that anyone who reaches the target eligible to get the prize without any limits.

General

All types of trading arbitrage or other abuse on the price and/or quotes will be canceled from the loyalty program. GMI Markets reserves the right to reject or disqualify any participant without explaining the reason. Reasons for disqualification may include open position large to the contrary in the same currency pairs on the trading accounts at the same time, as well as the use of the failure of the flow of quotes to get profit guaranteed or any type of fraud. All the techniques of trading or EA is allowed. GMI Markets reserves the right to declare any prize awarded invalid and subject to cancellation when there is evidence of direct or indirect on the evidence of attempted fraudulent operations of the prize fund. Any situation not described in these rules is subject to the decision of the GMI Markets.

Terms & Conditions

* An MIB can only win one prize only.

* For the calculation of the lot ECN account, only 20% only of the total of the lot will be calculated. For example, in the event that throughout the campaign, the number of the lot, the cumulative ECN account is 10,000 lot then only 20% of the volume of lots is such that is 2,000 lots will only be counted.

* For accounts of standard and also the cent account, all lots will be calculated

* Just lots resulting from the instruments in the category of FOREX, GOLD, SILVER and OIL will only be counted. Lots of other instruments such as the INDEX, CRYPTO and instruments that are not specified will not be counted.
